Bank Mandiri president director Darmawan Junaidi explained that the development was Bank Mandiri's effort to remain relevant and adaptive amid the evolving needs of corporate customers.
It now had an interactive interface that facilitated liquidity management. Today, customers can easily manage cash distribution to all units of the company with intuitive visual guidance.
Transactions have also been made easier for customers through the use of Kopra for payment for various business needs, with up to 50,000 transactions in just one upload. Not only that, the billing process, equipped with reconciliation, can be done directly from Kopra to business partners who have Kopra or Livin', so that business operations on the customer side become more efficient.
In an effort to support the growth of customers' business ecosystems, Kopra by Mandiri connects customers with their business ecosystem through Livin' by Mandiri for virtual payment reminders to retailers and accelerated bill payments to suppliers to support partners' business growth.
Darmawan emphasized that Bank Mandiri was committed to strengthening its position in the international market by continuing to present digital innovations, including Kopra by Mandiri. This effort aims to increase the adoption of digital services and make Bank Mandiri a trusted partner in supporting customers' business success.
