XA Financial Indonesia celebrated International Women’s Day with AXA Talks on Wednesday (08/03/2022) in Jakarta. The event aimed to spread awareness about the importance of equity, beyond equality.
“In this concept, we partnered with Fimela because they already have their community and they are also very aware of how to make adjustments to [lead] a healthy life, financially and mentally. That's why the concept is that we always invite speakers, including internally from AXA as well,” explained Cicilia Nina, Director of AXA Financial Indonesia.
She also said AXA Talks had the full support of AXA Financial Indonesia President Director Niharika Yadav, who attended Wednesday’s event. Cicilia added that Niharika wanted to spread awareness of what AXA Financial Indonesia had been doing to support Indonesians in general and its customers in particular.
While AXA Talks were previously held online, Cicilia noted that the series had been met with overwhelming enthusiasm, and that she was happy it could now be held offline.
“At AXA itself, actually we don't see things like gender differences, we really embracing equity and inclusivity. Diversity and inclusion, moreover, is very appropriate with the theme of Intl Women's Day this year,” added Arta Magdalena, Director of AXA Financial Indonesia
