s a company that has financed more than 14.6 million female ultra-micro entrepreneurs already this year, PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) continues to optimize the provision of financial, intellectual and social capital for its customers through training and business assistance. Intellectual capital provides real benefits and increases customer skills and knowledge.

Through the Pembangunan Kapasitas Usaha (PKU), PNM provides education that builds resilient characters for women that work in the ultra-micro sector. Through the addition of skills and insights, their families’ businesses and economic positions can improve. This program, which is consistently carried out by PNM, is also of concern for PNM Mekaar customers hoping to provide the best for their families.

PNM believes that its customers not only need capital for business, but also assistance and education. One way that PNM has provided this was through a webinar which introduced the importance of mental health to 15,000 PNM Mekaar customers throughout Indonesia on Wednesday, June 27.

PNM Mekaar customers are a group of people who are vulnerable to mental health problems due to their dual roles as breadwinners and household leaders. Knowledge is crucial in helping people deal with these problems. A PNM Mekaar customer named Nur Padila, from the Probolinggo area in East Java, agrees with this. She feels that she is getting smarter every time she takes part in a webinar held by PNM, specifically for PNM Mekaar customers.

“Since I joined PNM, I have received many benefits not only for my business, but also for my family and my understanding of metal health issues. From the training and also the Webinars, I came to know how important mental health is for me, and to focus and continue to grow in carrying out my business “, she said happily.
