s part of its participation in Ubud Food Festival's Love and Chocolate event on July 2, Kappa Senses Ubud collaborated with a group of extraordinary chefs and chocolatiers who shared their expertise and showcased their exceptional talents.

The Love and Chocolate event was an epicurean dream come true. Collaborating with Kappa Senses Ubud was a team of Indonesia’s best chocolate maestros, who together mesmerized the festival attendees with their creations.

Leading the charge was Kappa Senses Ubud’s pastry chef Kadek Dwi Kurniawan, whose innovative and artful desserts left a lasting impression on all who tasted them.

From August Jakarta, award-winning pastry chef Ardika Tjandra created an unforgettable experience through his skillful technique and daring flavor combinations, while rising star chocolatier Richie Pratadaja showcased his exceptional attention to detail and the ability to infuse his chocolates with unique local ingredients.

Completing this stellar ensemble were Giuseppe and Gusde Verdacchi, the masterminds behind PRIMO Chocolab Bali, whose pursuit of perfection in crafting artisanal chocolates of exceptional quality reached its zenith at the Love and Chocolate event.

The event was a symphony of flavors and textures, as each chef and chocolatier showcased their artistic abilities and culinary finesse. The variety of techniques employed during the event reflected the passion and dedication of these extraordinary culinary experts.
