ollowing its success in selling all units in the first phase, PT Jimbaran Hijau has now broken ground on the Natadesa Resort Residence Phase 2 development project.

Jimbaran Hijau held a cornerstone ceremony recently to mark the start of construction on the Natadesa Resort Residence Phase 2 as well as sales of the new residence’s units.

Following the launch of its Phase 1 development in 2021, Natadesa Resort Residence has been recognized as a premium residential complex with a design concept that reflects Bali’s rural and natural environs.

It is one of the projects built on sustainable development principles in the Jimbawana housing complex located in Jimbaran, South Kuta, Bali.

The completion of the first phase of Natadesa Resort Residence led its developer Jimbaran Hijau to earn the Platinum Greenship Neighborhood certificate, the first time the nation’s highest certification grade was awarded in Bali.

Natadesa Resort Residence, built in a tropical design with modern touches, took its inspiration from nature and stands in harmony with Bali’s natural beauty.

The second phase of development involves building 43 units featuring three villa types named after the traditional Balinese dances: Janger, Pendet and Legong. The villa types built in the first phase are named after Balinese textiles: Endek, Rangrang, Gringsing and Songket.

Natadesa Resort Residence Phase 2 presents contemporary architectural design with multifunctional spaces and the latest materials, such as marble flooring in every unit, to represent another step up in excellence.

“In line with the commitment that PT Jimbaran Hijau has made, Natadesa Resort Residence Phase 2 is continuously designed to present innovations and the best quality property products in the real estate industry,” said Dr. Putu Agung Prianta, CEO of Jimbaran Hijau.

“The project creates not only a modern and premium residence, but also a lifestyle that combines comfort, natural beauty, culture and environmental sustainability,” he added.

Natadesa Resort Residence’s Phase 2 development makes it easier for owners to manage their property through its collaboration with Elite Havens, a professional luxury property management company with over 20 years of experience in managing more than 300 private villas across Asia.

In conjunction with breaking ground on Natadesa Resort Residence Phase 2, the property manager has presented several promotional offers with flexible terms and conditions for prospective buyers, including the “Buy 1 Natadesa Unit, Get 1 The Springs Villa Jimbaran Bali” special offer for fully furnished units.

Natadadesa Resort Residence is strategically located in Jimbaran for convenient access to public facilities as well as leisure attractions. It is only a 15-minute drive to I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, 10 minutes to the Bali Mandara toll road and 5 minutes to Pantai Muaya, a popular beach and seafood destination.

It is surrounded by a host of other facilities, including the Jimbaran Hub community center, the Locca Sea House beach club, Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, Asian Intercultural School, Udayana University and hospital, as well as Bali Jimbaran Hospital.

Breaking ground on Natadesa Resort Residence Phase 2 marks a new and interesting chapter in the Bali real estate industry, with a hope that it will not only enhance prospective homeowners’ experience of living at the premium residence, but also transform the Jimbaran area into a preferred investment destination.
