Pan Pacific Hotels Group launches PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta

Situated in Luminary Tower as part of the Thamrin Nine integrated development, PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta opened in January.

Announced on Jan. 18 by Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG), the property, designed by renowned architects Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, occupies levels 73 to 82 of Luminary Tower, reaching a height of 304 meters with 95 floors, dominating the skyline of Jakarta's central business district.

The PARKROYAL brand is synonymous with celebrating local culture and serves as a gateway to dynamic destinations and culturally rich areas.

Japan-based interior design group Kanko Kikaku Sekkeishakks (KKS) has utilized floor-to-ceiling windows to create 180 elegant and modern studios, as well as one and two-bedroom suites complete with in-room amenities, living areas and separate bedrooms. Offering panoramic city views, PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta also provides various facilities, including a residents lounge, a 24/7 fully-equipped gym and a swimming pool.

Located in Thamrin Nine, an engaging integrated development with commercial, entertainment and retail spaces, the property offers convenient direct access to Grand Indonesia and services such as the MRT, LRT, Commuter Line and the Airport Train at Dukuh Atas.

PPHG CEO Choe Peng Sum said that serviced apartments in Jakarta had shown consistent growth in average occupancy rates during the third quarter of 2023, and an increase in average rates is expected with the introduction of new inventory in the city.

“Globally, Pan Pacific and PARKROYAL Serviced Suites achieved an average occupancy rate of 75 percent in 2023, attributable to significant corporate clients, and this asset class is on a growth trajectory. The gradual recovery of business travel in Jakarta, especially in industries such as oil and gas, minerals and finance, is expected to further drive strong demand for serviced apartments.”

In addition to the opening of PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta, PPHG will continue to accelerate its growth in Jakarta's business center, with several other openings planned throughout 2024.

Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts aims to provide sincere and classy services to each guest, striving for service excellence. PARKROYAL COLLECTION Hotels & Resorts draws inspiration from contemporary lifestyles and emphasizes environmental sustainability, standing out for its special attention to interactions with the local community and immersing every guest in authentic local culture.
