To complementing these innovative coffee breaks, the resort has also unveiled a dedicated banquet kitchen helmed by Executive Chef Wisnu Adiyatma and Sous Chef Dedi Mustofa. Their exclusive halal menu features dishes free from pork, pork by-products and alcohol, and uses local ingredients from the resort’s halal-certified suppliers.
