rish beverage maker Guinness has continued the Brighter Together campaign for 2024, with a focus on encouraging collaboration to create a sustainable and positive impact.

Initially launched in October 2023, the campaign is taking on the theme of “Brighter Together: Everyone Contributes”, serving as a manifestation of Guinness' spirit to start, seek and redefine togetherness by working together to unite ideas to create works that generate positive impacts.

This year, Guinness collaborated with visual artist and musician Farid Stevy along with waste engineering-focused artist collective GudRnD. The culmination of their cooperation is the Bright Box, which was introduced during the 'Brighter Together: Everyone Contributes' event in South Jakarta on July 10.

Made of upcycled plastic waste, cans and bottles, Bright Box can be used as a storage locker and cellphone battery charger when hanging out with friends, minimizing distractions that tend to appear from phone notifications so as to bring individuals closer to each other.

The 'Brighter Together: Everyone Contributes' activities are designed as a forum for collaboration and discussion between individuals and communities to create solutions that have a wider impact. Following the event, a number of communities have expressed their interest in participating, including cycling community Psychloop, independent music collective LaMunai Records and culinary community Warpopski.

Guinness Indonesia marketing manager Bayu Hanandhika said that in the future, Guinness will encourage movements that are not only positive for the environment, but also for passion and professionalism such as music, art, F&B, sports and its communities.
