C

elebrating Indonesia’s 79th Independence Day, Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak is rolling out a series of special activities thoughtfully designed to honor the rich heritage of the archipelago.

Offering guests a unique blend of culinary and cultural experiences that truly capture the spirit of Independence, Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak’s core of “Discover Cultures”, aims to showcase Indonesia’s diverse flavors and traditions through two exclusive F&B promotions.

The "Sabang to Merauke Megibung Tower," available for Rp 750,000++ for four persons, is inspired by the rich culinary diversity of Indonesia and the unique communal dining culture of Bali..

In addition, the  "Seminyak Seafood Platter," priced at Rp 850,000++ for three persons, draws inspiration from the hotel's prime beachfront location, featuring the  freshest seafood for those seeking to savor the ocean's bounty.

Both special offers from Aug. 17 to Sept. 30, with exclusive discounts of 5 percent for ALL Members and 10 percent for Accor Plus Members..

Adding to the festive atmosphere, the hotel is hosting a traditional snack stall in its lobby from Aug. 17 to 24. The stall features 17 varieties of traditional  Indonesian snacks each priced at Rp 7,900, symbolizing the significance of Indonesia's 79th Independence Day.

Chef Fajar Kurniawan, acclaimed for his expertise in Nusantara cuisine, expresses  his enthusiasm for these offerings.

“We are thrilled to present these culinary offers, we aim to offer delightful flavors and an immersive culinary experience that highlights Indonesia’s diverse and fresh ingredients,” he said. “We hope these dishes will appeal to both local guests and international visitors, enhancing  their connection to our rich culinary heritage.”

Alongside the culinary delights, Grand Mercure Bali Seminyak is also hosting a charity garage sale during this period, offering a selection of clothing, bags, shoes and other items for purchase, with all proceeds from the sale to be donated to a local orphanage.
