NVY Bar is thrilled to announce an exciting one-night takeover event featuring renowned mixologist Aris Sanjaya from Syrco BASÈ. He has gained a reputation for his avant-garde approach to cocktail creation.
With a career spanning over a decade, he has become a prominent figure in the global mixology scene, celebrated for his innovative techniques and meticulous attention to detail. Through his passion for storytelling through cocktails, his drinks will elevate customers’ experience at Syrco BASÈ, where each drink is a narrative of flavor, technique and artistry.
On Sept. 29, from 6 p.m. until late, guests will be able to witness his exquisite work and talent first-hand, as Aris Sanjaya prepares a curated menu of innovative cocktails that promise to redefine the art of mixology.
His menu will include three drinks that are different in their own way, entitled Cem Cem, Legundi and Gado Gado. The first, made of carbonated Cem Cem, vodka, infused with fresh apple and cucumber offers a delightful fusion of flavors that invigorates the palate with every sip.
Legundi, on the other hand, is a harmonious balance of gin and legundi cordial, accentuated by the tangy notes of calamansi and enriched with aromatic wine. This cocktail is a sophisticated twist on classic gin cocktails, offering a unique and memorable taste.
And lastly, perhaps the most complex of all, the Gado Gado is a layered creation featuring bourbon and amaretto kafir, paired with Gado Gado cordial and lemon juice. The addition of egg white adds a silky texture, making this cocktail a creamy and indulgent treat.
