T Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM) held its Meet the CEO and PNM Excellence Awards 2025 event at The Gade Tower in Jakarta on Feb. 6. The event aimed to honor individuals and teams who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in performance and innovation within the company. It served as an important moment to appreciate the dedication and contributions of PNM’s employees in realizing the company’s vision.
The event kicked off with an inspiring speech by PNM president director Arief Mulyadi, who emphasized the importance of collaboration, hard work and innovation in achieving success. In his address, Arief highlighted the significance of integrity and commitment to continually delivering the best for the company and society.
The CEO of BRI Group, Sunarso, was also a key speaker at the event, sharing insights on the global economy, corporate culture and the strategic role of subsidiaries in the transformation of BRI Group. He underscored the importance of human resource development through transformational leadership to foster intense communication, inspire collaboration and motivate employees across the BRI Group.
The highlight of the event was the presentation of the PNM Excellence Awards 2025, which were given to individuals and work units that had achieved exceptional accomplishments across various categories, including recognition for top-performing employees and the best branches and units. These awards serve as tangible testament to PNM’s commitment to supporting the growth of professionalism, innovation and positive impact within the industry and in society.
In addition, to support local creativity and culture, the event featured a batik exhibition by PNM’s customers. The exhibition provided a platform to promote Indonesia's rich cultural heritage and offered batik artisans, particularly PNM’s customers, an opportunity to showcase their creations to a wider audience.
"This event is a form of appreciation for employees who have demonstrated high dedication and played an integral role in the company’s success. Through hard work and innovation, we hope to continue contributing to building the people-centered economy," Arief said.
