ndhi Pramono, the head of the Makassar Customs and Excise Office who is currently under investigation for suspected corruption and money laundering by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK), claims that he has committed no wrongdoings and instead, he is being targeted by an online campaign to slander him and his family.

Andhi added that a residential property many netizens alleged was his actually belonged to his father. He also stressed that none of his family members had attempted to display their wealth on social media.

"This is disgusting slander and I have reported it to the KPK. These slanderers need to watch out if they continue posting information without my confirmation," he told reporters on Tuesday after being questioned by KPK investigators.

Andhi also said some of the information posted online about his wealth and his daughters were false, and suggested the latter could be a case of misinterpretation.

"My daughter studies at the University of Indonesia in a dual degree [program] and specializes in social media campaigns and fashion, so some of her posts could be related to that," he added.

As for the luxury home in East Jakarta that some social media users claimed was his, Andhi said the family house was owned by his father.
