View all search resultsinema chain CGV*blitz will receive Rp 650 billion (over $49 million) as a financial incentive to expand its outlets and meet the demand for cinemas throughout the country in the second half of 2016.
“Our target is to establish eight new cinemas this year. Two of them opened in the middle of the first half,” said the president commissioner of Graha Layar Prima, Bratanata Perdana, in an official statement as reported by antaranews.com

Established in Bandung, CGV*blitz now has 21 cineplexes in Jakarta, Tangerang, Batam, Balikpapan, Yogyakarta and other cities.
The owner of CGV*blitz, South Korean-based CJ CGV Co. Ltd., has branched out to other countries, such as China, Vietnam, the United States, Turkey and Myanmar with 347 cineplexes with more than 2,000 screens. (asw)
