hinese tech company LeEco, which has expanded its business into the music industry, film production, exercise equipment, transportation and even virtual reality with its high-end android-powered Super Bike, is set to enter the US market at the end of 2016.
This ultra-modern bicycle is facilitated with a 30-speed shift, onboard lighting, a fingerprint sensor, a built-in alarm, and a location tracker -- all features that futuristically sets LeEco’s latest two-wheeled vehicle apart from regular bikes.
According to dailysocial.id, the curved frame of the Super Bike resembles the Starfleet emblem found in Star Trek. Users will find buttons and a 4-inch touch screen to access all features and information found on the handlebars.

Powered by a 1.3 GHz processor and 4 GB RAM, the bike can be connected to the cellular network as it functions with a GPS and sound-navigation system. The Super Bike is also built to fit with its rider, as it is able to monitor the trip and the rider’s health with a heartbeat tracker, as well as a music player that is customizable via an app.
Although the bike is not electric, it comes with several lights that are integral for the safety of its rider: a pair of LED headlights a red LED brake light on the rear, and a marker laser. Made of aluminum overall, the cushioned seating of the Super Bike is layered with leather.
The bicycle has been marketed in China at a retail price of US$800. (mra/kes)
