ndika “Dika” Putrashadewa, the bassist of local pop band Kerispatih, has passed away at the age of 36, reports Antara.

Sangat sedih kehilangan sosok hebat di kerispatih tp smua sudah jalan Nya.. Selamat jalan sahabat.. keluarga.. @Dikabassman .. Mohon doa nya buat kluarga nya ya tmn #RIPDikaKerispatih

The band shared the sad news via its official social media accounts, including Twitter and Instagram, informing its followers that Dika had passed away on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, former keyboardist Doadibadai “Badai” Hollo also expressed his condolences via Instagram, saying that Dika was no longer in pain.

Badai also said Dika was his most critical, funny yet loyal friend.

Dika joined the band in 2003. Together with vocalist Sammy Simorangkir and Badai, the bassist produced several albums, including Kejujuran Hati, Kenyataan Perasaan and Melekat Jiwa. (jes/wng)
