Jakarta malls gear up for midnight sales this weekend
Get ready to shop until you drop at the midnight sales in these malls in Jakarta.

number of shopping centers in Jakarta held midnight sales in early June. But if you missed the chance to shop during that time, these are the malls that will hold midnight sales this weekend:
Kota Kasablanka
Following the success of its Midnight Shoptacular event, Kota Kasablanka mall in South Jakarta will return with its second installment on June 9. Set to begin at 8 p.m., customers can shop with discounts of up to 80 percent in many stores inside the mall. The sales are not only limited to apparel but also include beverages, food and beauty products.

The mall will hold its annual fashion event Ramadan Runway from June 8 to 24 in collaboration with the Association of Indonesian Fashion Designers and Entrepreneurs (APPMI). According to the mall’s official website, it will take place at the grand atrium, mosaic walk and fashion atrium.
Lippo Mall Puri
Similarly to Kota Kasablanka, Lippo Mall Puri in West Jakarta will also hold its late night sale on June 9. Discounts of up to 80 percent will be offered by almost 200 vendors (http://lippomallpuri.com/late-night-sale) in the mall, including ZARA, Bershka, Uniqlo, Marks & Spencers, Sogo and Guess. The sale is slated to begin at 7 p.m. until 12 a.m.

Central Park & Neo Soho
Shopping Marathon ‘Till Midnight program will be back on June 9 at Central Park and Neo Soho in West Jakarta. Available from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m., it offers discounts of up to 80 percent at more than 350 vendors in both shopping malls. Moreover, according to kompas.com, there will also be a cashback program for HSBC credit card holders.

Mall of Indonesia
Mall of Indonesia in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, will hold its midnight sale on June 9 from 8 p.m. Discounts of up to 70 percent will be available at all the mall’s vendors except money changers, fitness centers and tour agents. However, as the mall’s official website suggests, customers should be SedayuOne members to get the maximum benefits of the program.

Emporium Pluit Mall
From 8 p.m. to 12 a.m., Emporium Pluit Mall in Pluit, North Jakarta, will hold the Emporium Midnite Sale on June 9 by offering discounts of up to 70 percent.

Around 250 vendors in the mall will participate in the sale, among them H&M, Kidz Station, Sports Station, Carrefour, Guardian and Watch Studio. Some vendors will also offer promotions, such as Kiehl’s and Éprise. (wir/wng)
