The first installment of HallyuPopFest is slated to run from Sept. 7 to 9 at the Singapore Indoor Stadium, Singapore.

Organized by H.A.H Entertainment, the three-day festival will be hosted by Korean-American singer-slash-songwriter Eric Nam and features more than 100 Korean artistes, such as Wanna One, Taeyeon, BTOB, Apink, Momoland and NC 12, making it the biggest K-pop festival in Southeast Asia.

H.A.H Entertainment CEO Selena Ho said in a press release, “It is our honor and privilege to collaborate with a multitude of outstanding musicians, professionals and companies from South Korea to bring this ground-breaking event to Singapore. This region has an ever-expanding fan base of Korean pop culture in line with the Hallyu Wave, and it continues to be a part of our everyday lives.”

In addition to the concerts, HallyuPopFest 2018 will also host Global Auditions, featuring three entertainment agencies, namely Cube Entertainment, Jellyfish Entertainment and Starship Entertainment.

The audition is open to aspiring K-pop idols born between 1992 and 2006, giving them the opportunity to be the next K-pop stars.

In regard to tickets, the organizer offers regular one-day tickets and DAEBAK! passes. Regular tickets start at S$148 (US$108.23), giving ticket holders access to both afternoon showcases and evening concerts held on the same day.

Meanwhile, DAEBAK! passes are priced at S$498 and come with various benefits, including exclusive access to VIP areas, red carpet area as well as a hi-touch with one performing act.

Tickets to the festival will be available for sale starting July 7 at Sports Hub Tix. (jes/kes)
