The three-day event will feature American indie rock band Interpol, electronic act Caribou and Malaysian R&B singer Yuna as headliners.
Held at Fort Gate, Fort Canning Park, the family-friendly festival presents a variety of art programs and activities for all ages. Other performers include Cigarette After Sex, The Vaccines, Shame, Riot !n Magenta, Rhye, Sticky Fingers and Phum Viphurit.
Limited early-bird tickets will go on sale on Friday from 9 a.m. at www.neonlights.sg and SISTIC, with prices starting from SGD$99 (US$72).

Neon Lights will be the debut for Interpol in Southeast Asia. The critically acclaimed band known for its post-punk-influenced music will release its sixth studio album, Marauder, on Friday. It is often cited as one of the major bands in a post-punk revival in the early 2000s, with successful albums such as Turn On the Bright Lights and Antics.
Meanwhile, Los Angeles-based Yuna is to present tracks for her new album at the festival. Her second EP, Decorate (2010), was praised by Billboard magazine. Her single “Live Your Life” was produced by Pharrell Williams in 2012, which led to her debut album in the same year. Chapters, Yuna’s third album, released in 2016, featured a duet with Usher and made it into the top 10 of the Billboard Best R&B Albums of 2016 as well as into the Top 20 Best R&B Albums of 2016 by Rolling Stone magazine.
