John Mayer’s concert is a week away from its stopover in ICE BSD City, Tangerang.

On April 5, the famed musician is scheduled to perform in Indonesia as part of the John Mayer World Tour 2019 that kicked off in Auckland, New Zealand, on March 23.

For concert goers, tickets may be collected from April 1 to 3 at the second floor of Epiwalk Epicentrum in Rasuna Epicentrum, South Jakarta, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Tickets can also be collected on April 4 and 5 at Hall 10 of ICE BSD City, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Help desk will be available for those who bought tickets through Bukalapak.

To collect tickets, concert goers are required to bring printed e-vouchers/e-tickets, the identification card (KTP/SIM/passport/student card) that matches the name on the e-vouchers/e-tickets and the credit card used for the transaction (should you have bought the tickets with a credit card).

If you used a credit card not under your name for the transaction, please bring a photocopy of the person’s identification card and the credit card.
