According to a statement from the Rachel Gallery, Addy’s work, which is being showcased, is the result of his exploration of the eccentric dreams of someone who is in a state of mania.
Previously, Addy collaborated with Japanese fashion retailer Uniqlo, alongside fellow pop-art painter Muchlis Fachri, who is also known as Muklay. Some of Addy’s murals can also be seen in the rooms of De Braga by Artotel, a hotel in Bandung, West Java. (mut)
