The Used, The Japanese House to star at Hodgepodge Superfest 2019

American emo hero The Used will perform on Saturday at Hodgepodge Superfest 2019 at Allianz Ecopark Ancol, North Jakarta, as one of several international acts.

American emo hero The Used will perform on Saturday at Hodgepodge Superfest 2019 at Allianz Ecopark Ancol, North Jakarta.

Formed in Utah in 200, The Used is currently manned by main singer and songwriter Bert McCracken, bass player Jeph Howard, drummer Dan Whitesides and guitar player Joey Bradford.

The band rose to prominence in 2002 after releasing a self-titled album with singles such as “Buried Myself Alive”, “Blue and Yellow” and “The Taste of Ink”. 

Since their debut album, The Used has issued six more EPs and full albums.

Besides The Used, visitors of Hodgepodge Superfest will also enjoy an English indie-pop act, The Japanese House, and an R&B group from Brooklyn, Phony Ppl.

Indonesian acts to star at the event include .Feast, Adrian Khalif, Coldiac and Teddy Adhitya.

To ensure smooth entrance, visitors are advised to print their e-tickets, which also serve to enter the Ancol area. Visitors are also advised to install the Hodgepodge Superfest app on their smartphones for schedule guide and information. Gates will open at 14:15 p.m.
