Annual event BeautyFest Asia will return this year virtually from Nov. 6 to 8.
Held under the theme "Future is Female: In This Together", the event will consist various programs, such as interactive discussions, workshops, a beauty bazaar on e-commerce platform Shopee and meet-and-greet with South Korean beauty influencer and makeup artist PONY or Park Hye-min.
Discussions at the 2020 BeautyFest Asia will cover a wide array of topics with speakers from various backgrounds, including Maintaining Creativity and Keep Your Mental Health in Check with singer Andien Aisyah, Starting from Zero: Building a Beauty Business with model-presenter Cathy Sharon, The Art of Learning, Growing and Challenging Yourself with singer Rossa and Maintaining Health, Productivity and Surviving a Global Pandemic with singer Raisa. The discussions will be livestreamed on Popbela’s YouTube channel.
“BeautyFest Asia 2020 highlights the theme ‘In This Together’ and presents numerous talk-shows and events to inspire and educate women who have been affected by COVID-19 pandemic. Hopefully all of us will gain knowledge for the fulfillment of our dreams that may have been delayed this year,” Judithya Pitana, editor-in-chief of pop culture and lifestyle online media Popbela.com, said in a statement.
Established in 2017, BeautyFest Asia 2020 was initiated by popbela.com. In October, the company organized a series of virtual events leading up to this year’s BeautyFest Asia. (wir/wng)
