JAKARTA: A child is everything for actress Tamara Bleszynski. That’s why the 36-year-old has decided to put her career on hold and devote herself to her newborn child from her marriage with model Mike Lewis.

Tamara says she doesn’t want to go back to the showbiz industry anytime soon as she is still busy taking care of Kenzou, who was born last December.

“I don’t know when [I’ll work again as an actress] but I enjoy everything [about motherhood]. He is still a few months old, so I cannot leave him alone,” Tamara said as quoted by detikhot.com on Monday.

Kenzou is Tamara’s second child from her second marriage. The star married Teuku Rafly Pasya in 1997 and gave a birth to a son in 1999. However, the couple divorced in 2007 and the father gained custody rights of their child.

Tamara tied the knot with Lewis in Bali in February 2010. — JP
