Violence and looting raged across London and spread to three other major British cities on Tuesday, as authorities struggled to contain the country’s most serious unrest since race riots set the capital ablaze in the 1980s.
In London, a third straight night of disorder saw buildings, vehicles and garbage dumps set alight, stores looted and police officers pelted with bottles and fireworks, as groups of young people rampaged through neighborhoods.
Your comments:
It happened because the government did not hear the request of its population.
It seems that people all around the world do not believe in the efficiency of any government, which are fulfilled with corruption, collusion and nepotism.
It will never change.

Who is to blame for this riot? Every government will never be as perfect as we expect.
It would be better if we look seriously into the meaning of these words: democracy/freedom/human rights. It is sad to see this great unrest in Britain. May it be eased as soon as possible.
