have been a subscriber of Indovision for more than 12 years. A few years ago I subscribed to a new package.
All the channels were listed in their offer. On Feb. 1 I became aware that — without any notice, without any offer of substitutions or a reduction in fees — Indovision took off one of the channels we liked very much.
After several unanswered complaints, the management sent me an explanation that instead of the missing channel there is now a Korean (!) alternative we could watch and Indonesian music.
They have now offered another channel (not of our choice) for three months free of charge, but after that date we will have to pay another Rp 15.000 per month; we rejected this incredible imposition of course.
I find this kind of business practice absolutely unacceptable and a disgrace. Indovision does not respect its subscribers as customers who pay a lot of money for a product. Indovision’s business attitudes are completely inappropriate in a developed economy.
I would like to read comments from other Indovision subscribers.
