I

ndovision should realize that complaints from customers should be taken seriously and are not to be ignored.

Please remember that the customer is King. Without us, you will not be able to survive.

Please bear in mind that there are 230 million Indonesians in the nation including a very large English-speaking community in addition to Mandarin-speaking customers.

We have many Chinese-Indonesians in this country so I do not mind watching Chinese Mandarin movies. I am even trying to learn Mandarin Chinese now. But why are we being burdened with Korean-language channels in our cable television package which we have absolutely not asked for and moreover — do not want to pay for!

There are only half million Koreans in this country. Why do they have more say than the English-speaking customers? Certainly there are more of us. Just check this out, the English-speaking community includes Filipinos, Singaporeans, Malaysians, Australians, Americans, British, the Indian-Indonesian community, plus many, many Europeans who live and work here.

Do not forget that many Indonesians have studied abroad in English-speaking countries. Young Indonesians especially in Jakarta,  all speak English among themselves, which nowadays is considered very normal. I am not against the Korean community — I have a number of nieces who are married to Koreans — but please, take the Korean TV channels out of my package.

I am sick of the many cooking programs that I have also not asked for. I like cooking, but one or two channels airing cooking programs is more than enough.

Try to get Turner Classic Movies into our package. I would love that. AXN now intends to show Thai kickboxing (Muay Thai) programs. Please put that on the sports channels such as Euro Sports, Star Sports or ESPN Sports. There are already too many violent movies being shown on many TV channels, do we have to watch this kickboxing violence too?

No wonder, that there are many victims who have experienced rape, murder and  torture seems to be. Indovision, please improve your service to your customers by listening to their complaints.
