'I believe that the new members will be able to do their tasks and duties responsibly,' he said during the ceremony.

Transportation Agency head Muhammad Akbar said he hoped that the new members, with their varied backgrounds and specialities, could take on board what the public wanted.

'They have to conduct many discussions and surveys to find out the aspirations of the public,' he said.

The board of management of the DTKJ will be formed at a later meeting.

The DTKJ is a transportation forum that bridges between the city administration and the public. It frequently conducts discussions on transportation issues and gives suggestions to the governor.
