Minister Rini Soemarno replaced all president directors of the three state-owned firms and reshuffled other directors.
“For the time being, PT KCI’s board of commissioners has appointed Subakir acting KCI president director while continuing his position as operations and marketing director,” said KCI spokesman Eva Chairunisa in a statement issued on Tuesday.
Subakir replaced M. Nurul Fadhila, who held the position since February 2015 and had since been appointed KAI’s infrastructure management director.
Rini will also replace KAI president director Edi Sukmoro, who has been appointed KAI’s logistics and development director.
Meanwhile, Rini appointed Budi Noviantoro as INKA president director, replacing R. Agus H. Purnomo. Budi was previously KAI’s logistics and development director. (bbn)
