antasy Land (Dufan) at Ancol Dreamland recreational park in North Jakarta has announced that it will operate at night for the first time. The amusement park will hold a “Dufan at night” program with special operating hours of 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.

“During ‘Dufan at night’, visitors can enjoy our facilities while being accompanied by Dufan’s colorful lights and other festivities,” Ancol Dufan vice president Eddy Prasetyo said as quoted by kompas.com.

Out of the 2,500 tickets Dufan had allocated for April 26, only 500 tickets were left.

People can buy tickets on Dufan’s official website, dufan.ancol.com, for Rp 120,000 (US$8.50). The tickets are on sale until 6 p.m. on April 26, or while stocks last.

“We would like to see people’s interest in the new experience. Should it be met with high demand, we will likely hold a similar program again in the future,” Eddy said.

He ensured that all Dufan attractions would be operating during the program. A Dufan annual pass or other membership cards, however, will not be valid during the “Dufan at night” program. (vla)
