he State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) Ministry has appointed Dian Rachmawan as president director of state-owned port operator PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Pelindo I). He will replace Bambang Eka Cahyana, who had held the position since 2013.
Dian’s appointment is stipulated in SOEs Ministerial decree No SK/122/MBU/05/2019, kompas.com reported.
The ministry issued on May 28 Decree No 105/MBU/05/2019 on the termination of Pelindo I’s board of directors and the establishment of a new board of directors.
According to a statement issued on Tuesday, Dian had served as state-owned telecommunications company PT Telkom Indonesia’s enterprise business service director since 2017. Prior to that, he worked in PT Telkom consumer services from 2014 to 2017 and as Telkom International Hong Kong (Ltd) CEO from 2011 to 2014.
