The most popular family hotels in Indonesia are located in Bali, Bandung and Bintan Island, according to TripAdvisor.
Six Bali-based properties were included in the travel site's top ten list, suggesting that the holiday island continues to serve as the country's most family-friendly destination.
Based on family stay reviews gathered by TripAdvisor over a 12-month period, Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites (SPPS) reigns supreme. "Excellent family hotel, wonderful facilities. The kids club is a great place for children of any age, and there are many things for them to do there," reports a traveler from Perth, Australia.
Situated in Sanur, the property caters to groups and families and features a choice of one, two and three bedroom apartments and a complimentary kids club facility called Camp Splash! Fun Park.
The Trans Luxury Hotel (TLH) in Bandung hotel claimed second position with guests thus praising the service on the website: "Simply a marvelous hotel. My daughter really enjoyed the outdoor movie. Watching a movie under the stars was a new experience for her".
Both SPPS and TLH were also listed in the top ten best family hotels in Asia.
