"This new route is part of our commitment to increase connectivity across Indonesia's regions as well as promote tourism," said Lion Group SRIA airport manager Spener Walukow, as quoted by kompas.com

Separately, SRIA general manager Nugroho Jati said the airport operated 24 hours a day since August and was ready to help airlines expand their connectivity. "Hopefully this new route can have a positive impact on the development of aviation and tourism in Indonesia," said Nugroho. (kes)
