Traveloka app offers new online check-in feature

nline travel agency Traveloka has launched an online check-in feature that allows customers to check in to their flights prior to arriving at the airport.
The feature is available through the Traveloka v2 app. Those who are aged 18 and above and can check in from 24 hours before the scheduled flight, or according to the airline’s policy.
Travelers wanting to take advantage of the new online check-in service can log in to their registered Traveloka account and click the "My Booking" or "Online Check-in" menu on the homepage to access their e-ticket.

After agreeing to the terms of the online check-in policy, travelers must confirm their check-in details and select a seat. Once they have finished checking in, they can view, download and send their boarding pass from their e-ticket. The boarding will also be emailed to them.
The online check-in feature is currently available for domestic flights from Batik Air, Citilink, Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, Sriwijaya Air and Wings Air.
Traveloka senior vice president for business development Caesar Indra said in a press release: “The online check-in feature is part of Traveloka’s commitment to ensure an easy and pleasant journey for all customers."
"Customers can now enjoy hassle-free travel to the airport without having to worry about being late for check-in, because the process can be done easily through the Traveloka app,” he said. (kes)
