Demi Lovato's love-and-hate relationship with Twitter is somewhat entertaining.
n Tuesday, Demi Lovato tweeted, “Damn I gotta quit saying s***. Bye Twitter.” Following that tweet, she added, “And insta.”
A string of tweets following her shocking declaration suggested that she would still be active on Snapchat (@theddlovato), because, she said, unlike other social media platforms, the 10-second photo/video-sharing app didn't allow for negative comments.
I like snapchat cause I don't have to see what some of y'all say. Follow me if you want: theddlovato 👋🏼

What exactly were the negative vibes getting on her nerves? Lovatics speculate that it has to do with her charity or perhaps her recent busy schedule revolving around the tour with Nick Jonas as well as maintaining her Devonne skincare line.
But like most social media hiatuses, Lovato’s departure from didn’t last more than 24 hours. Later that day, she tweeted, “F*** this.. I’m back b******. And I’m coming back more honest than ever.”

“I love my Lovatics so f****** much.. I love my Lovatics too much to leave them over some lame a** haters.. What was I thinking?!” she continued.
Known for her keeping-it-real attitude on social media, Lovato has a reputation for slamming internet trolls, empowering fans with encouraging messages or dropping career news updates. However, the “Confident” singer has also received hate for her outspokenness that stirred drama with fellow stars like Nicki Minaj and Taylor Swift.
It seems like Lovato is taking her own advice to “pay more attention to the good than bad". (sab/kes)
