eing healthy is great, where some people are trying to be so by becoming a vegetarian. But for those who choose not to embark on such a path, rejoice, as eating meat is really not that bad for you. And here's several reasons why you should not stop savoring it.
Most of us are omnivores

Meat contains nutrients
It's true, meat actually makes you healthy and fills you with the energy you need. There are a lot of vitamins in meat, including vitamin B3 and vitamin B12. It's not a source of disease
There are lots of articles on the internet suggesting that meat is bad for you and causes disease. Some of them might be true, but most of them are inaccurate as many researchers have denied these claims.
Avoiding meat doesn't make you instantly healthy
Yes, being a vegetarian is a great thing, but turning into a vegetarian because you heard that meat is not a good thing to eat is a little bit presumptuous. If you want to be healthy, you can start by altering some other habit like exercising or to stop smoking. If you can balance your way of life for the sake of your health, consuming meat regularly is not going to be a big deal.
