Sales of Samsung's most expensive smartphone from its Note series, the Galaxy Note7, has reportedly started again in South Korea.

Officially launched in early August, the manufacturer had to halt sales and deliveries following battery malfunction reports in early September.

After globally recalling the device and extending the replacement warranty period in South Korea on Sept. 30, Antara news agency reported that Samsung had continued sales of the Note7 in the country, as well as its advertising.
As for the US market, new units of the Note7 will have a green-colored battery icon, and are reportedly available, while sales in Europe are expected to continue by the end of November. (fmn/kes)
