mong Korean Twitter users, the top ten users with the most number of followers all turned out to be K-pop stars, somewhat unsurprisingly.
According to data compiled by Twitter Korea, as of Dec. 2, the most followed user was G-Dragon, with a staggering number of 7 million followers.
Super Junior’s Choi Si-won and Lee Dong-hae followed behind with 5.4 million and 4.9 million, respectively.
2 p.m.’s Nichkhun and global hit-maker Psy rounded up the top five with 4.4 million and 4.2 million, respectively.

BTS, the group with the most retweets in 2016, came in sixth with 3.7 million followers.
Super Junior‘s Yesung had 3.6 million followers, followed by chanteuse BoA with 3.5 million, singer-actress Suzy with 3.4 million and Super Junior’s Lee Teuk had 3.4 million Twitter users subscribing to his profile.
