mid loud, high-pitched cheers, South Korean boyband Bulletproof Scouts, popularly known as Bangtan Boys or BTS, completed its first concert in Indonesia on Saturday.
The seven-member K-pop group performed in two halls of the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) in BSD, Tangerang.

Comprising Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook and leader Rap Monster, the band performed 27 songs of various genres for approximately two-and-a-half hours, including tracks from its latest album Wings: You Never Walk Alone. Among the songs performed at the sold-out event were Not Today, Spring Day, Run, N.O, No More Dream and Danger.
The "2017 BTS Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour in Jakarta" is part of the group’s ongoing world tour. During the concert, BTS interacted with fans without any interpreters, speaking mostly in a mix of Indonesian, English and Korean. “Saya pernah ke Sulawesi, sangat indah tapi Jakarta lebih indah. Aku cinta kalian! [I have visited Sulawesi, it was very beautiful, but Jakarta is more beautiful. I love you!]” said Jin.
“Aku sangat senang bisa konser di Jakarta. Terima kasih atas kenangan yang sangat indah. Aku akan kangen kalian. Indonesia A.R.M.Y indah sekali! [I'm very happy to be able to hold a concert in Jakarta. Thank you for this very beautiful memory. I will miss you guys. Indonesian A.R.M.Y, you guys are very beautiful!],” said J-Hope, referring to Indonesian BTS fans.
The show was not all smooth though. Fans vented their frustration about the unorganized queuing system and lack of information at organizer IME Indonesia before and after the concert. Twitter user chroniclea3 wrote, “My age and energy was drained due to the endless queue in the past two days, no thanks to @ime_indonesia incompetent crowd control.”

There was also an issue of skyrocketing ticket prices by brokers after the tickets had been sold out at the official ticketing boxes, reported kompas.com. IME Indonesia could not immediately be contacted regarding the matter. (kes)
