According to Antara news agency, the festival will take place in three different palaces in Cirebon, namely Kasepuhan, Kanoman Palace and Kacirebonan.
Cirebon Youth, Sports, Cultural and Tourism Agency head, Dana Kartiman, said the festival aims to invite tourists to enjoy various cultural performances that the country has.
The festival was held for the first time in Surakarta, Central Java, in 1992. At the time, it only involved palaces across Java Island. (wir/kes)
