elebrating the second season of Netflix’s science fiction-thriller series Stranger Things, music streaming app Spotify brings its listeners to “The Upside Down,” an alternate dimension explored in the show, using its playlists.
Following a visit to the app’s special page for the Stranger Things, users will be able to log in as Spotify members or continue as guests.
First, users will need to select different musicians that will determine what kind of playlist they will get. An option is also available to explore other playlists. However, in order to fully listen to the songs, you’ll need to log in or sign up as a Spotify member.

Both Spotify and Netflix have created music profiles based on the 13 main characters of Stranger Things.
“We then adjust the profile with our listeners’ habit in listening to music to find out which Stranger Things character that matches with them,” a representative of Spotify said in a press release, adding that once users share the playlists through their social media accounts, the screen will turn upside down.
Some of the playlists that can be enjoyed are Dustin’s Curiosity Door Jams, Eleven’s Breakfast Jams, Lucas’s Bike-Around Tracks, Will’s Castle Byers Classics, Jonathan's Outsider Looking In and Mike’s Bassment Beats. (asw)
