ndonesian rapper and comedian Brian Immanuel, better known as Rich Chigga, is set to perform at ZoukOut in Singapore, an annual music festival slated to run from Dec. 8 to 9 at Siloso Beach in Sentosa.

An earlier lineup announcement revealed that Asia's longest running dance music festival would feature some of the biggest names in dance music, including Marshmello, Flume, Axwell and Ingrosso, R3HAB, Yellow Claw and Robin Schulz. 

In a press statement released on Tuesday, ZoukOut added more performances to its finalized lineup with a takeover from YouTuber group '88rising' that will include members Rich Chigga, Higher Borthers and Joji.

"Known for their cutting-edge music and viral videos that have taken the internet by storm, the 88rising crew are truly at the forefront of Southeast Asia's immersion into the North-American hip-hop scene," the statement said. 

The takeover will include a hard-hitting performance from South Korean rapper Keith Ape, the comedic appeal of Rich Chigga, Chinese hip-hop group Higher Brothers and Japanese-Australian musician Joji, who is also know by the names Filthy Frank and Pink Guy, the statement further added.  

After first starting out in 2000 with only 8,000 party attendees, Zoukout has grown to attract some 50,000 festival goers annually in the past few years. The music event is also Asia's only beach festival running from dusk-to-dawn over the course of two days. (liz/kes)
