he Maison Hermès is presenting a fresh take on time with a contemporary display space at the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH), an annual fine watchmaking show in Geneva that began on Monday and will run through Friday.
The luxury brand joined hands with RDAI interior design firm to create a "warm, sophisticated, contemporary setting" for the show, according to a statement.
Each watch is displayed in a glass cube, while the surrounding show space provides private areas to enable personalized discussions. There is also an enclosed theater with tiers covered in Hermès fabric, with the location designated for press conferences and presentations.

Located at the heart of the Hermès layout is an installation by Dutch artist Levi Van Veluw, which offers visitors a chance to share their emotions through interactive animations.
"We want to awaken a playful relationship with time through an object that is true to its function," Hermès artistic director Pierre-Alexis Dumas said in a statement.
"We create timepieces stemming from the mastery of numerous skills and reflecting a serene perspective on time." (liz/kes)
