atmeal makes for a healthy breakfast choice as it is high in fiber. With its basic flavor, it is not uncommon to add various toppings to enjoy a bowl of oatmeal.
Those who enjoy oatmeal may want to give Quaker Oats' new flavors a try, including soto (aromatic soup) and chicken curry.
Food PepsiCo Indonesia marketing head Ita Karo Karo Fernandez said a survey had shown that soupy, savory breakfasts such as chicken porridge, nasi uduk and soto are popular among Indonesians.

"Understanding the condition, Quaker Oats brings two new flavors made with whole oats, are high in fiber and are ready to serve within three minutes," Ita said as quoted in a press release, according to kompas.com.
For it to taste like the popular chicken porridge, said Ita each pack of Quaker soto and curry contains packages of shallots and leeks.
"To enrich the taste, you can also add eggs, fried onions or chicken," Ita said. (liz/kes)
