STX Entertainment released on Wednesday a video titled "Mile 22: 'Introducing Iko Uwais' Featurette".
In the two-minute video, the entertainment company shows off the fighting skills of martial arts star Iko Uwais as part of behind-the-scenes footage for action-thriller Mile 22.
Actor Mark Wahlberg said in the beginning of the video that Iko was a renowned global action star.
“He was in The Raid movie. He choreographed all of his own fights,” said Wahlberg, who stars as James Silva, an operative for the CIA who must transport an officer (Iko) who has valuable information.

Iko rose to popularity after starring in several acclaimed action films, namely Merantau (2009), The Raid: Redemption (2011) and The Raid 2 (2014), in which he also served as the action choreographer.
Iko also featured in Star Wars: The Force Awakens (2015) and Headshot (2016).
