s the year 2018 comes to an end, Twitter shared on Wednesday its list of most-talked about content and accounts throughout this year through the hashtag #RamediTwitter.

Additionally, netizens also paid attention to big events happening in the country, as well as what's going on the political scene, with the third to sixth positions secured by #AsianGames2018, #WorldCup, #2019TetapJokowi and #2019PrabowoSandi.
Among interesting lists revealed by the social media platform was the most-talked about Indonesian accounts, which showed netizens' high interest in (again) politics, with @jokowi, @prabowo and @fadlizon, @Fahrihamzah and @sandiuno included in the top nine.
"Twitter serves as a platform for fans to connect with their idols and vice versa. Congrats to @agnezmo, @officialJKT48, @N_ShaniJKT48, @addiems, @ernestprakasa , which conquered the top five of the most-talked about entertainment accounts this year," read the company's tweet, continuing the list.

If you wonder what the most-talked about movies among Indonesian netizens throughout 2018 were, Twitter shared Dilan 1990 as the most popular, followed by Danur 2 and Wiro Sableng in the top three. (kes)
