JAKARTA: Local e-commerce company DealKeren launched on Thursday its website offering discount vouchers for various products and services
AKARTA: Local e-commerce company DealKeren launched on Thursday its website offering discount vouchers for various products and services.
Chief executive officer Adrian Suherman said his company wanted to give the Indonesian middle class a wide range of lifestyle products and services at the best locations for cheaper prices.
“We see a huge potential in this segment. We don't try to change what the people consume, but we only offer alternatives with better prices,” he said after the website’s launch event in Jakarta.
With the vouchers sold on-line, customers can buy goods and services with 50 percent to 80 percent discounts from the regular prices from around 80 merchants, which consist of, among others, restaurants, salons and spas, hotels and recreation establishments. Besides Jakarta, the company is developing sites for five cities — Bandung, Surabaya, Bali, Makasar and Medan. Buyers can see daily offers at www.dealkeren.com. —JP
