JAKARTA: Nadine Chandrawinata has released a new perfume, Sea Gypsy, inspired by the nomadic Bajo sea people of East Kalimantan.
'The Bajo women are strongly keeping the harmony among their families and with the nature,' the 30-year-old former Miss Indonesia said, as quoted by kapanlagi.com on Wednesday.
Nadine, a certified diver, said the perfume contained the scents of vanilla, almond nuts, floral and fruity scents.
'When traveling, I always find fun and experience in life. I want to present the scent that can bring out self confidence, strength and energy, Nadine, who also starred in the 2006 film Realita, Cinta dan Rock 'n Roll (Reality, Love, and Rock'n'Roll), said.
'I spent a year to design the package and the brand logo. This perfume is my first baby,' Nadine said.
