JAKARTA: Even though she'€™s pushing 40, singer Reza Artamevia says she is physically stronger compared to when she started her career 20 years ago.

'€œI still have a passion for music and the stamina to perform onstage. I work out regularly and off-air performances and singing workshops also help,'€ she was quoted as saying by kapanlagi.com.

Reza, scheduled to perform at the upcoming Java Jazz Festival, said she would rework her songs to make them jazzier.

'€œI will sing nine songs in a one-hour set and there will also be collaborations with other guest musicians from overseas,'€ said the former background vocalist who rose to fame with her song '€œPertama'€ (The First).

This year, Reza, who had taken a break from the industry, plans to release new records with her two children.

'€œThe girls are talented and they promised to help me with my next album.'€
