President'€™s right President’s right: Legal expert and former deputy law and human rights minister Denny Indrayana (left) and his defense lawyer Heru Widodo (right) registered their judicial review request to the Constitutional Court (MK) on Monday. Denny filed the judicial review to scrap the role of the House of Representatives in the selection of the National Police chief and the Indonesian Military (TNI) commander, arguing that the authority is the prerogative of the President.
