The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) arrested on Tuesday evening former energy and mineral resources minister Jerok Wacik after questioning him in the morning.
KPK news and information section head Priharsa Nugraha said Jero would be detained at the Cipinang detention center for the next 20 days, tribunnews.com reported.
Earlier in the morning, the Democratic Party politician was confident that there was no need to arrest him as he claimed to be cooperative in the ongoing investigation.(nvn)(+++)
